4+ Players 👥
2-4 Minutes ⏱️
Mark a starting line and a turn-around point about 10–20 feet away (adjust for space and age group).
Place one egg on the ground per player at the starting line.
Have players get on their hands and knees behind their egg.
Start the Race: Shout “Go!” and players must begin nudging their egg forward using only their nose.
No Hands Allowed: Players may not use hands or feet – only use their nose to move the egg.
Reach and Return: Players must push their egg to the designated point, turn around, and bring it back to the start.
Declare a Winner: First to return with their egg to the starting line wins.
Optional: Give style points or a best-dressed prize for funny crawling outfits or themed egg decor!
Say Something Like
“Alright y’all, it’s time for the Egg Push Challenge! The only thing between you and victory… is your nose. You’ll push your egg all the way down and back again — but hands off! Let’s see who’s got the skills and snout power to take the win!”
Variations
Obstacle Course: Add cones or objects they must steer around!
Team Relay: Players tag in teammates after reaching the turn-around.
Spoon Bonus: Older players must balance the egg on a spoon with their mouth (instead of nose push).
