Easter Egg Matching Game
A fast-paced and fun Easter-themed challenge! Players race to match colorful Easter egg halves that have been scattered throughout the play area. Great for teamwork and visual matching skills.

What You’ll Need
Plastic Easter eggs (in various colors)
Permanent markers or stickers (to mark each half)
Setup
Mark the eggs: On each plastic egg, mark both halves with a unique symbol, letter, or design so that each matching pair is distinct.
Separate the halves: Pull apart all the eggs.
Scatter the pieces: Randomly scatter all the halves throughout the play area.
How to Play
Start the hunt: On the “go” signal, players race to find matching egg halves based on the marks.
Match and snap: Once a player thinks they’ve found a correct match, they snap the egg back together.
Teamwork or Free-for-All: Players can work solo or in teams depending on group size.
Winning: After a set time (e.g., 2–3 minutes), the team or player with the most correctly reassembled eggs wins!
Say Something Like
“Alright everyone! These eggs have been split in two and scattered. Your mission is to match the correct halves back together by finding the ones with the same symbols. Think fast, work together, and may the best matcher win!”
Variations
Color Match Only: Don’t use symbols—just match colors for a faster, easier game.
Timed Tag Team: Send players in one at a time to retrieve a single half and bring it back to match as a group.
Blind Grab: Players pick one half from a bucket and must find the match using only touch (no peeking!).
Teaching Points
Use this game to talk about how Jesus brings broken things back together—like hearts, relationships, and even us when we feel lost. Just like the egg halves, we’re made to be whole in Him.
