Gameplay
4+ Players 👥
3-5 Minutes ⏱️
What You’ll Need
1 bat or wiffle ball bat per team
Cones or objects to mark the turnaround point
Stopwatch (optional)
Setup
Set up a start line and a turnaround cone about 20–30 feet away.
Divide players into teams and have each team line up behind the start line.
Give the first player on each team a bat.
How to Play
Spin to Start: Have the first player place the bat vertically on the ground and put their forehead on the top of it.
Do the Dizzy Spin: On your signal, each player must spin around the bat 5–10 times (adjust depending on age).
Run the Course: After spinning, they run to the cone and back, then hand the bat to the next teammate.
Repeat: Continue until all players on the team have had a turn.
Declare a Winner: The first team to finish all spins and runs wins!
Say Something Like
"Alright teams, time to get dizzy! Grab your bat, spin like crazy, and then try to make it back without falling over! Let’s see who can handle the dizziness and still run the fastest!"
Variations
Solo Challenge: Time each player individually and crown the fastest dizzy runner.
Obstacle Twist: Add cones or hurdles to the running path.
Water Bat: Fill bats with water to add some weight and a splash of fun.
