Gameplay
2 Players 👥
6-8 Minutes ⏱️
What You’ll Need
A Binho Board (any edition)
A Binho Ball (included with the board)
A flat surface for setup
Optional: Stopwatch or timer for match play
Setup
Place the Binho Board on a flat table or surface.
Position pegs into their designated holes to form each team’s defense.
Place the ball at the center of the field.
Decide who starts first (flip a coin, rock-paper-scissors, or youngest player goes first).
How to Play
Start the Match: The opening player flicks the ball from the center toward the opponent’s goal.
Take Turns: Each player gets one flick per turn. The ball must come to a complete stop before the next flick.
Defend: Players can use their pegs as barriers — if the ball bounces off your pegs, play continues.
Score a Goal: If the ball goes completely through your opponent’s goal, that’s one point! Even if it bounced back out!
Win the Game: First player to 7 goals wins.
Variations
Tournament Mode: Create a bracket and let teams compete.
Speed Round: Use a timer — each player has 10 seconds to make their flick.
Penalty Shootout: Set up 3 shots each and see who scores the most.
Discipleship Teaching Points
Sometimes in life, we only get one shot at an opportunity — just like in Binho. We need to aim carefully, take our time, and make it count. As Colossians 3:23 says, “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.”
Secular Teaching Points
Binho Board teaches patience, focus, and sportsmanship. It’s a great reminder that accuracy beats speed — and that a cool head wins the match.
