What You’ll Need
Balloons (1 per team)
Start and finish line markers (tape, cones, etc.)
Setup
Blow up balloons in advance.
Mark a clear start and finish line.
Divide players into equal teams.
How to Play
Line up the teams at the start line.
Place a balloon between the knees of the first player in each team.
Hop or waddle to the finish line and back without dropping the balloon.
No hands allowed! If the balloon falls, the player must return to the start and try again.
Pass the balloon to the next teammate at the start line.
Continue the relay until all players have gone.
First team to finish wins!
Say Something Like
“Get ready to laugh! This is a race like no other—you’ll be hopping your way to victory with a balloon squeezed between your knees. Just don’t drop it!”
Variations
Backwards Bounce: Players must walk backward with the balloon between their knees.
Obstacle Waddle: Add cones or chairs players must weave through.
Giant Balloon Edition: Use oversized balloons for a sillier challenge.
