Gameplay
8+ Players 👥
4-6 Minutes ⏱️
What You’ll Need
Balloons (at least 1 per player)
Masking tape or cones to mark a finish line
Setup
Blow up the balloons (medium size works best).
Mark a starting line and a finish line across the room or field.
Give each player a balloon.
How to Play
Line up players at the starting line with their balloons.
Explain the rule: players cannot use their hands to move their balloons forward—only their heads, shoulders, knees, feet, or other body parts.
Say go and let players race their balloons to the finish line.
First to cross with their balloon wins.
Say Something Like
“Alright everyone, time to herd your balloon like it’s a runaway sheep! No hands allowed—use anything else you can to get it across the finish line.”
Variations
Team Relay: Divide into teams and run balloon herding relays.
Obstacle Course: Set up cones or chairs for balloons to weave around.
Multiple Balloons: Give each player 2 balloons to herd at the same time.
