8+ Players 👥
5-8 Minutes ⏱️
A group of players willing to be dramatic!
Chairs or space to sit in a circle
Seat the players in a circle.
Choose a detective and send them away from the group where they can’t see.
Secretly assign a killer while the detective is away. Make sure the group knows who the killer is (without pointing or speaking).
Bring back the detective and start the game.
Let the killer kill: They do this by winking at players one by one. Victims “die” by dramatically crossing their arms or feet.
Watch the drama unfold: Other players may wink too, but only the killer’s wink causes a death.
Detective guesses: They get up to 3 guesses to identify the killer before everyone is killed.
Rotate roles: After each round, the killer becomes the next detective and a new killer is chosen.
Say Something Like
“Someone in this circle is a silent assassin. Can you figure out who it is before they take you all down? Keep your eyes peeled… but don’t get caught staring too long!”
Variations
Safe Zone Switcheroo – Switch safe zones mid-game to increase challenge.
Double Trouble – Two blasters, two shooters!
Silent Round – Players must walk in silence. Anyone talking gets an automatic nerf target on their back.
